Quiet town, can be boring. The beaches are about a narrow strip of gravel and no sand!
There are never any nice waves. The water is calm and boring and quite salty.
The bottom is full of sea urchins! You cannot go in the water barefoot or you'll end up
in the hospital. The rubber shoes that you normally wear in water and are sold locally
are not thick enough! You need thick sole sandals, etc. The air is always hazy with low
visibility. All this green behind the town is a huge field of olive trees. The place is
full of french for some reason who insist on going in the water shoeless and end up stepping
on sea urchins...
